Refund & Returns Policy

At Artisan Wick, we take pride in the quality of our candles and want you to have the best experience with every order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue

  • Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.


Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Scent preference or personal dislike

  • Used or partially burned candles

  • Minor variations in colour or finish (as our candles may be handmade)


Order Issues

If you believe you’ve received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve this for you as quickly as possible.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear in your account.
