We take pride in crafting high-quality marbled candles, and each order is carefully prepared before shipping.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time: We ship all orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class, with an estimated delivery time of 2 business days after processing.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of Royal Mail. If your package is lost or delayed, please check your tracking details and contact Royal Mail directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at [your email/contact info].

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the UK. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping options!

Address Changes & Order Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@artisanwick.co.uk within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.

Returns & Exchanges
At Artisan Wick, we take pride in the quality of our candles and want you to have the best experience with every order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery


Include your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue


Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for:


Change of mind after purchase

Scent preference or personal dislike

Used or partially burned candles

Minor variations in colour or finish (as our candles may be handmade)

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear in your account.
